Conservatory showroom at the Plant & Garden Festival of Aywiers

On the 4th, 5th and 6th of May 2018, expert gardeners and amateurs alike will be able to come and be inspired at the former Cistercian abbey in Aywiers.

At this magical and historic location, 200 professionals will gather from all over the country and abroad to give you, the visitor, valuable tips and advice all along your route through the park.

These professionals represent many different niches in the garden world:

  • nursery owners,
  • landscape architects,
  • artists and artisans,
  • specialist booksellers,
  • garden furniture designers, and of course
  • DBG Classics with a conservatory showroom as expert in authentic conservatories and wrought iron ornaments.

The slogan and also the theme of this edition is:

Come and make your facades sing!

Everywhere in the streets of our cities and villages we can see boundary walls and facades, most of which go unnoticed.

Others, however, can catch the eye, often simply with a small detail:

  • a bright colour,
  • nice flower pots,
  • a couple of birdhouses,
  • a climbing plant that goes all over the place…

Passersby would love to stop and stare at your wonderful facade if only you would give it life with some lovely flowers and plants while also making it a flora- and fauna-friendly environment.

Naturally, everyone has a personal style but luckily there is a wide range of climbing and creeper plants which allow you to create something that’s entirely according to your taste.
